1. How to register ?
You have to create your user account here and then click on the event of your choice to proceed to the event registration.
2. Do I get an email to confirm my sign up as a member?
Yes, you will receive an email on your account sign up. Please check your spam or junk mail folders, if you do not receive them.
3. How do I make payment?
You can make payment by credit cards / debit cards and online bank transfer through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration.
4. If I am a foreigner (non-Malaysian citizen), what are the regulations from the immigration department in participating events in Malaysia?
You are responsible to make all the necessary travel arrangements, obtaining all entry, exit, health and other documents. Please contact the applicable Consulate or Embassy for these additional requirements.
As per the new requirement from the Immigration Department, please state in the Disembarking Visitor Card the purpose of your visit to Malaysia is to participate in the particular event registered.
If in doubt, please contact the Malaysian Immigration Department through their website www.imi.gov.my
5. How will I know if my registration is successful?
You will receive a confirmation slip upon your successful registration.
Successful applicants will also be able to re-print out his/ her race confirmation slip and also edit their particulars should any of the details have changed since registration date at the user account log in page.
Please note that the confirmation slip sent through email will be use for race kit collections at the set dates by the organizers. Please do remember to bring the confirmation email with your IC / Photo ID card.
6. Can I withdraw or get a refund or transfer or defer the participation?
All entries are not transferable, not refundable and not-deferrable.
7. Can I make any changes to my personal details before the race?
Yes. You can by logging in to change your particulars with your userid and password.
Participants will be unable to change their
• Race Category,
• Date of Birth,
• NRIC and gender
However, all information printed on the bib will be based on the information available online at the time of printing. Any changes after that will not be reflected on the bibs.
8. Can I change race categories after confirmation of my registration?
9. What if i become a PACM member in the future? Will I be able to update or modify my user account then?
You will not be able to modify or update details on your MYraceonline.com account with regards to adding your new PACM member number. However, your PACM member details can be added or updated into your MYraceonline.com account by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then help you to add this detail into your MYraceonline.com account.
In the email, please state your name, IC number, PACM member number and also PACM member expiry date. Please allow 2-3 working days to enable us to update your details to your MYraceonline.com account.
10. What should I do if I have not received my confirmation slip by email?
There could be several reasons:
• The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or treated as Spam. Check your SPAM inbox.
• Your registration was not successful (such as payment failed)
• Error in your email address
Please check your user account details in MYraceonline.com and reconfirm your email address.

• NIRC/ Passport No.
• Race category
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.
11. How do I reprint my confirmation slip?
Log-in into your user account. Click on your name to edit profile. You will see the history of your registered races and you will have the option to reprint or resend the Race Confirmation slip by email.
12. Where do I get information regarding the race route, race kit collections and etc?
Please refer to the individual event website.
13. Is the payment gateway secure?
The payment gateway used 3D-Secure is a XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in online credit card transactions.
14. To all Hotmail users.
We have found some technical issues involving Hotmail email account users. Hotmail email server is unable to receive the activation email sent from the MYraceonline.com server. Without the activation email, registrants are unable to activate their MYraceonline.com member account, hence unable to register for any events posted on the MYraceonline.com webpage.
We are currently working on this problem with Hotmail. We suggest to new users to register by using other email addresses (note: Gmail and Yahoo Mail works fine with MYraceonline.com). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
